• Images You Upload: Photos selected from your device gallery for AI-based prompt generation

• Retention: Images are retained for service functionality and deleted upon account deletion or user request

• Timezone Data: We collect your timezone (IST/UTC) to accurately track daily usage limits and session times
• No Precise Location: We do NOT collect your precise GPS location or home address

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Data Storage Location

• All user data is stored on Google Cloud Firebase servers
• Data centers are located in regions compliant with GDPR and other privacy regulations
• Images are stored in Firebase Storage with secure access controls

• Password Encryption: Passwords are hashed using SHA-256 with unique salt values before storage
• Firebase Security Rules: Database access is restricted to authenticated users only

7. Children's Privacy

PromptTube AI is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will delete it.

By using PromptTube AI, you consent to the transfer of your information to Google Firebase servers, which may be located outside your jurisdiction.
